Visited this place on a Saturday, The place was crowded like hell, still the staff was so polite & humble, made us wait for 20 minutes, but the service they offered extremely great. For our wedding my wife finalized two outfit, & I am so happy that they paid attention to our minutes customization also. Totally recommend everyone to visit & try out this place.

Visited these store during the weekend and it was quite crowded. We had to wait a few minutes while we were assigned staff but they were polite and eager to make us comfortable while we waited. Overall the service is good. They have great range of occasion /wedding wear and are open to doing customizations in short times. I have been to the store a few times after that and they had a new collection during each season while still maintaining their service quality! One of my favourite's  in Pune!!
